KUSCCO Ltd seeks to hire marketing executives for SACCO STAR Magazine.  The quarterly publication seeks to highlight and update SACCO members on pertinent issues that affect the movement, as well as provide a platform for networking and information sharing.

Marketing Executive’s Job Description
1. Source for advertisements and advertorials to be published in the magazine
2. Scout for new subscribers for the magazine
3. Identify potential target clients and marketing the magazine to them.
4. Oversee the distribution of the magazine to various regions in Kenya
5. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
6. Understand client’s products and market the magazine to meet client requirements.
7. Exhibit and sell the magazine at various events, conferences and conventions supported by the organization.
8. Ensure proper display of the magazine in different outlets
9. Following up on payments of the adverts from the clients
10. Preparing and submitting timely weekly and monthly marketing reports
11. Achieving marketing targets on quarterly basis
12. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Diploma in Marketing.
1. Proven track record of marketing
 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Results-oriented and passionate
4. Computer savvy
5. Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or sales.     
6. Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills.
7. Able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
8. Ability to work under a high pressure environment
