Description

Key Responsibilities


•    Support the implementation of SACCO marketing strategies, member recruitment drives, and brand awareness campaigns.
•    Support front office/member services to ensure seamless customer experience.
•    Assist in organizing promotional events, member outreach programs, and product activations.
•    Collect and analyze feedback from members to support product development and service improvement.
•    Develop marketing materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed.
•    Contribute to the management of the SACCO’s digital platforms (social media, website, etc.).
•    Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships;
•    Promote and sell SACCO products and services;
•    Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients;
•    Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to member inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf;
•    Helping in identifying and locating areas of sales opportunities in the market;
•    Building contacts with clients;
•    Handling Customer complaints 
•    Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
•    Perform any other duties as may be assigned as from time to time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements


•    At least 2 years of proven experience as a Customer Relationship Assistant or similar role in a financial institution.
•    A Diploma in Marketing, Cooperative Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
•    A Degree in any of the above disciplines will be an added advantage.
•    Must be computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
•    Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high levels of integrity.
