JOB REF: ME 002/2022- MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and recruitment of new Business
2. Retention  of existing business
3. Customer relationship management of the clients
4. Cross selling of all Union products
5. Preparation of regular reports
6. Conducting Market research
7. Visit clients to get complaints/comments and handling complaints at the field level
8. Liaison office in charge of ensuring that information is disseminated to members on time
9. Maintenance and management of clients records
10. Collection of competitor’s intelligence and reporting of the same to Branch Manager
11. Timely collection of payments

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field
• A minimum three years progressive working experience in a dynamic financial service organization.
• Proven track record in implementing marketing successful programs.
• Business and ICT savvy.
• Creative and innovative.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
