Definitions and InterpretationsIn these By-laws, unless the context otherwise requires, words or phrases shall be defined or interpreted in accordance with the Co-operative Societies Act and Rules; the SACCO Societies’ Act and Regulations herein referred to as “the Co-operative Act”, “the Rules”, “the SACCO Act”, and “the Regulations” respectively and which terms shall include their subsequent amendments.
